Soul Coaching
Soul Coaching is a transformational, mind-blowing, program, combining 27 years of education and experience in healing and wellness modalities. It assists and empowers you with healing your past, being mindful and powerful in the present, and creating your future. This is a deep life altering journey. Together we will work through the steps of transformation and breakthrough to create the life you are passionate about. Includes one on one coaching sessions, Reiki sessions, on-going support, reflection and accountability.

In this class, you will learn how to allow energy flow through your body and hands to facilitate peace, balance, healing yourself and others. You can use Reiki on yourself, with your partner (intimacy), or calm your kids. You can Reiki your pets. You can send Reiki to a room where there is conflict and you want to bring in love and peace. You can send Reiki to anywhere in time and space, anywhere in the world.

Youth Classes
I offer programs to help your youth and teens that delve into mindfulness, handling emotions, dealing with conflict, finding your purpose and living your values, setting goals, self awareness, confidence, finding your strengths and personal power, personal boundaries, living abundantly and genuinely.
