Minister
With a minister, your ceremony will most likely be traditional and religious, with little room for your creative input and personalization. Your minister will probably be male. A minister may or may not come to your location for a wedding- they may expect you to be married in their church. Prices will vary, from a small donation, up to $400 or more (this should include the price of the church, however).
Justice of the Peace
Justices of the Peace do not usually offer any personalization of your ceremony- you will be given the same exact ceremony he/she gives all couples. The Justices do not assist with the rehearsal, and most times, you will not even meet that person until your wedding day. However, their prices are generally quite reasonable.
Friend who signs up on-line
While a friend will offer a personal touch and a good price, they may not have any experience speaking in public, planning a rehearsal, or preparing a ceremony. In addition, they have not received any training and probably do not have resources or ideas for your ceremony. They probably have never done a wedding before- you may end up being a guinea pig on the most important day of your life!
